Castagnola's is a world-class destination in the heart of
San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf known since 1916 for fine Italian cuisine and locally
caught seafood...
Castagnola's is THE oldest restaurant on Fisherman's
Wharf. Local fishermen still deliver fresh fish and seafood to our kitchen.
Relax in the casual atmosphere of our dining rooms perched right over the water where
you can watch the famous San Francisco boats coming and going.
Our specialties include Dungeness crab, lobster, prime rib, steaks and a full menu of
sophisticated dining choices. From the bar, order your favorite cocktails or choose from
a large selection of wines. Our lounge is a
favorite wharf hangout for after work and during happy hour. We have live
music daily.
You will find Castagnola's Restaurant at 286 Jefferson Street across from Ripley's and
the Wax Museum, halfway between Pier 39 and Ghiradelli Square. We are at the intersection
of Jones & Jefferson, at the north end of the famous "F Line" trolley car's
route.
Make reservations for one or one hundred; or reserve our private
banquet room with seating
for up to 200 guests. The panoramic view of the famous wharf neighborhood and "The City"
skyline from our upstairs deck is nothing less than stunning; especially
at night.
People watching from our covered tables on the Jefferson Street sidewalk is a favorite
pastime; watch the colorful crowds pass by.
