Chophouse Favorites
We continue Tomaso Castagnola’s tradition of serving hearty meals to guests with our Chophouse Favorites. A special selection of hand-cut steaks, chops and prime rib; in addition to our daily fresh fish. A special arrangement has been made with Maxey Family Farms of Fresno, CA founded in 1954 to provide high quality, grass fed, corn finished beef aged a minimum of 21 days to our stringent specifications.
